Since 2001, in the kitchen of Le Vitel Étonné in Turin, fresh pasta has been more than tradition — it’s been an act of love, of passion, of trust and creativity.
Every single day, our “Vitello” lovingly kneads hundreds of eggs, chooses the finest flours, and nurtures relationships with trusted local farmers and breeders. It’s a handmade journey that celebrates quality and respect for our land.

Our fresh pasta isn’t just flour, water and eggs — it’s the art of selecting precious flours, honoring free-range hens raised organically, and constantly inventing fillings and sauces that speak of sensuality and soul.

It’s also about caring for every guest: that’s why we’ve created options for everyone, including vegans, like our seasonal vegetable ravioli made only with stone-ground flour and water.

After years of hard work and thousands of Tajarin, Tagliatelle, Agnolotti, Plin and Gnocchi, the kitchen of Le Vitel Étonné was no longer enough.
And so Le Vitel à Porter was born, just steps away from the restaurant, at Via San Francesco da Paola 9 — a brand new artisanal lab dedicated to the daily production of fresh pasta and desserts, with a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.
